This one of the best lesson plan series that I have ever seen utilizing computer much less one website which is named Flickr. This particular thirty minutes lesson plan with numerous sections focuses on tagging using the Flickr website. Susan Polkinghorne has made the teaching of tagging on this website easy to follow and complete; although, the audience is set for librarians, it would be very easy to use this same lesson plan to teach intermediate to adult without difficulty.

The fact that the most schools have a computer lab is great and other materials such as markers, flipcharts, and chalkboard finish out this project to make learning fun. Students are taught the lesson and then use the other materials to plan the project before applying it to Flickr. Time is allotted to teach, plan, and finalize the project in multiple sessions.

As an educator and a computer operator this is a great teaching tool and I will be using now and in the future.
